HONEY LAVENDER – MILK CHOCOLATE (2 Gold Medals)
This beautifully balanced mouth-watering treat combines a wonderfully light South Pacific honey which we infused with lavender.  We import our honey from the South Pacific and then infuse our lavender into it.

SPICED CARAMEL – MILK CHOCOLATE (Gold Medal)
Making its debut this season is our highly coveted Spice-infused Caramel.  This is the one chocolate that our Chocolatier gravitates towards when he is looking to satisfy his Chocolate cravings.

CHERRY ALMOND GOAT CHEESE – DARK CHOCOLATE (11 Gold Medals)
First debuted back in the Fall of 2015, we took 8 Gold Medals for this truffle alone.  Extraordinarily complex and amazingly delicious, this truffle offers a completely new experience, and yes, there is goat cheese in this truffle.  After an eight-year hiatus, we have finally found the right goat cheese to bring this truffle back to life.  In 2023, we were awarded 2 additional Gold Medals for best combination of unusual ingredients.  We recommend you eat half of your truffle at a time.  When you bite into it, you’ll get a big hit of cherry, followed by some floral notes, and then the goat cheese (a little earthy and a little tangy), and just when you think you’re all done, almonds and dark chocolate to finish.

COFFEE CARAMEL – DARK CHOCOLATE  (2 Gold Medals)
For those looking for an amazing coffee experience, look no further than this box of Dark Chocolate Coffee Caramel truffles.  Since its release in the Fall of 2022, this truffle has sold out at every event we have taken it to.  We refer to this chocolate as “The best cup of coffee you’ve never had.”  Also, please put the entire piece in your mouth and close your mouth before biting into it otherwise you’ll be wearing this chocolate.  We took 2 gold medals for this chocolate caramel in the Fall of 2023.

SANGRIA RASPBERRY GOAT CHEESE – DARK CHOCOLATE (Gold Medal)
Making its debut this season, this truffle consists of our in-house made Sangria Wine Jam over our latest Raspberry Goat Cheese chocolate.  The combination of our Wine Jam and Raspberry Goat Cheese will delight your palate and wake up your senses.
